Our service technicians are based in VIC, NSW, QLD and WA ensuring your unit can be serviced as locally as possible. We understand time is critical in returning your equipment, so we offer an urgent turnaround option or calibration for gas detection monitors while you wait.

With our certified Service Technicians, you can rest assured that your equipment is in the safe hands of an authorised and experienced technician.

Onsite Service

AES offers an on-site service facility allowing you to monitor requirements without missing a step and no downtime in production. Our qualified service technicians come to you in our fully equipped vans and perform your instrument calibration or repair at your premises.

Calibration certificates will be provided for traceability with all instrument calibrations and repairs.

Please contact the Service Department in your state using the Service Request Form below or print out a hard copy to send in with your instrument/s.

Calibration Services

With AES you get more than just a calibration. We're proud to include a few added extras as standard when you send your units to us for their annual calibration or mid-year check-up.

In addition, we will:

  • Provide a free product assessment to make sure that the entire unit is working effectively
  • Clean the monitors as much as possible both inside and out
  • Perform a calibration to manufacturer standards and their recommended acceptable range regulations
  • Check for firmware updates and programme to the latest version

What's Involved in a Calibration?

After filling out a Service Request form and sending us your equipment, we will book in your job and issue you with a goods receipt via email.

We will then:

  • Robustly inspect your unit to ensure its in full working order
  • Carry out a bump test to check initial response
  • Check age of sensors (if applicable)
  • Replace filters if needed
  • Clean entire unit inside and out
  • Perform calibration to manufacturer spec
  • Generate a calibration certificate for your records
  • Send you a quote for work for your approval

We will then let you know that your equipment is being sent back to you with a notification email providing you with an item tracking number.

Please note we cannot conduct on-site service and calibration for the AccuFIT9000 or AccuFIT9000 PRO this is due to the highly sophisticated technology and weight of the calibration tool for the units. All AccuFIT9000 monitors will need to be returned to our head office in Melbourne for their service and calibrations. Please download a specific AccuFIT9000 Service Request Form here.
