SKC Asbestos Filter

SKC Mixed Cellulose Ester (MCE) Membrane Filters are comprised of pure, biologically inert mixtures of cellulose acetate and cellulose nitrate and are the standard filter for most aerosol sampling in industrial hygiene applications.

SKC MCE Membrane Filters are hydrophilic, autoclavable, naturally low in metal background, and compatible with dilute bases and acids and aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons. Look for SKC MCE Filters in BestChek Certified Asbestos Cassettes, preloaded cassettes, Nano-Neat ultra-pure for sampling chromium (certified < 0.1 µg chromium per filter), Solu-CAP Filter Inserts, and matched-weight cassettes and filter pairs.
