In these ever-changing times, AES continues to be open as an essential workplace and are following all government guidelines as they are announced. The safety of our staff and customers continues to be of paramount importance as we navigate these next stages.
Our Covid Safe Plan is regularly referred to and updated to include the latest regulations and safety procedures, this includes alcohol-based hand sanitisation stations at all exit and entry points and all work stations, and a stringent check in process using a QR code to ensure our office remains healthy, safe and virus free.

Normal operation during lockdown

AES’ Victorian operations will continue to operate during the Stage 4 restriction period. We have taken steps to ensure we are able to process and dispatch orders as per normal while complying with restriction rules. Just to let you know during these ever-changing times, we’re still here, and we’re still actively taking steps against the transmission of Covid-19.
All employees are observing physical distancing measures and periodically washing hands
On arrival onto our premise’s equipment is cleaned with anti-bacterial solution and wipes
All surfaces are vigorously cleaned throughout the day and last thing in the evening
Prior to dispatch all equipment carry cases and external handles are cleaned with anti-bacterial solution
Face masks have been supplied to all our staff to ensure, and enhance further, the safety and well-being of both our staff and customers.
Your safety is our priority.

Firstly, we hope you are continuing to stay safe and healthy.
Here at AES we’re committed to supporting everyone at this unprecedented time and therefore remain open and operating business as usual. We continue to take the necessary steps to maximise the safety of our staff and visitors and to ensure that we will continue to provide the exceptional service that our clients are accustomed to with as minimal interruptions as possible.
We have increased our preventative measures in-line with the government guidance campaign ‘Help stop the spread and stay healthy’. All employees continue to follow good hygiene practices currently recommended by health professionals including frequent hand washing, covering up of coughs and sneezes and ‘social distancing’ as these are the most efficient ways to help reduce the spread.
