Asbestos has so many attractive properties and has often been used in a variety of forms for construction. If building materials are not properly maintained, asbestos fibers can become airborne creating significant environmental health problems. Proper sampling is key to determining airborne asbestos concentrations. Sampling methods are also available to determine asbestos concentrations in settled dust.
